If you cannot find what you want in our on-line catalogue send us details of your requirement either by e-mail, fax or if possible send us the offending item. We will reply to you as soon as poosible (within 48 hours Monday to Friday). We will give you a cost for the goods delivered to your home.
Making a purchase: Browse our online store at your leisure Pick the product and enter the quantity required these are then added to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping go to the checkout to confirm your purchase then buy.It is as easy as that. Goods Sold; No goods sold shall be ordered or supplied on a sale or return basis. All prices quoted include VAT at current rate.
Carriage charges: Carriage is chargeable on most items. It is the responsibility of the customer to add the carriage charges to their order where additional charges are to be made. This only applies when additional delivery costs are shown for certain geographic areas .Any discrepancies will be notified to the customer prior to order being picked and despatched.
Delivery Schedule: We will endeavour to process and deliver all orders within a maximum 5 working days Normally most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receiving an order (Monday-Friday) We will notify the customer aprox 2-3 days prior to despatch of large and bulky items, reasonable access must exist for our vehicles to unload and where there are bulky goods being delivered help must be at hand with the offloading. When a delivery has been scheduled MB Distribution (Cleveland) Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays that occur where we have no input.i.e. traffic delays or breakdowns. All our vehicles have mobile phones installed and the driver will notify the customer if there is going to be any serious delay.
Refund Policy
Order Cancellations: Orders cancelled in writing (e-mail preferred) by the customer within 48 hours of the order being placed will be refunded any payment made less a 2.5% deduction to cover the cost of paperwork and bank transaction charges. Orders cancelled after 48 hours will, at the discretion of the management, be responsible for any costs incurred up to a maximum 15% of the invoice total. This covers warehouse labour costs, paperwork and bank charges where applicable.
Delivery Shortages &/or Damaged Goods: All goods must be checked by the customer on delivery. Any shortages or damaged goods must be notified to the delivery driver who will immediately contact our sales office. Any discrepancies must be stated on the delivery documents and countersigned by both the customer or their agent and our driver. The customer will be notified as soon as possible as to when the replacement goods will be despatched. We cannot be held responsible for any damaged goods received that have not been brought to the attention of the delivery driver.
